One-line Reviews (28)

Donald Sutherland portrays his character well, I gave it a 7 because it was entertaining with no particular political rhetoric.

This was extremely confusing.

And then it's just a snore.

Intriguing story.

This was far too slow-moving to have contained undeveloped subplots.

Entertaining with some flaws .

Verdict: Worth watching as long as expectations are kept fairly low.

The whole thing was boring.

And its a pretty sweet one, tho perhaps predictable.

It's boring , it's stale, it's unoriginal, it's slow and senseless.

A movie that seems like it has a story to tell, bu if you fall asleep halfway through you wouldn't miss anything.

For a horror film this one was particularly egregious and a waste of a talented actor's time.

First, anything with Donald Sutherland is worth watching which was why I tuned in to watch.

There was only room for improvement in the characterization of the perp, which was nondescript and bland.

Then we have the fact that this style of a plot has been done several times dating back to the late 1990's so 20 minutes in, it became rather predictable.

law isnt my strongest part ,and american law are far to complex to understand under these circumstances, coup d'etat or marshal laws and pure anarchi are some clues to this filmdonald sutherland has grown old for sure, but he still delivers, and makes this film very suspensfilled and keeps you on the edge of the chair almost till the end.

Pretty Predictable .

I enjoyed it.

If you're not into facts, or don't know facts yourself and enjoy say, a short Stephen King or Creepypasta kind of story turned into a kind of dragged out movie then you might like this.

" It is slow and boring.

Long boring predictable .

Confusing.

I found it interesting and a bit suspenseful.

Then we have the plot-less subplots.

Worth watching.

"Hangman" starts out as a preposterous, Hostel-style torture flick only to submerge into a slow burn, mano-a-mano character study.

Formulaic, Boring, Tedious .

So boring!
