I finally got around to it and I felt it was a bit of a waste of time.

The ending is breathtaking, too.

The overall feel of the anime was really enjoyable, and makes you feel both happy and sad at parts.

But anyway, it's a nice watch and decently enjoyable.

It is not perfect, rather slow paced at the beginning and i watched it with no expectations at all.

I have to admit that the story develops a bit slow at the beginning.

Okay I have to admit I watched the first episode and thought well this isn't worth watching, but i was bored one day watched the second episode and on the exact same day I watched all the rest.

Another thing I want to point out, I thought the series needed to be either shorter with less then 26 episodes or be a movie, I just felt really bored at the 5th episode and made my way to the final episode.

If you can forgive some minor flaws and a slow paced beginning, you will probably enjoy "Angel Beats!

Aside from that, it's certainly entertaining, and the action scenes were well animated and generally engaging.

I also love the concept of the show, and I definitely think it's worth watching and rewatching and remembering for years to come.

All of the characters are great but the main character is extremely bland and so is his love interest, Kanade.

It was draggy and boring in some places, and too soppy in the others.

The plot is very confusing, and extra random information is thrown at you in every episode, and half the time you have to figure out 'what on earth is even going on' and 'how does this even make sense' instead of concentrating on the screen.

Otonashi and Angel were both fascinating characters and I was actually anxious to see their relationship develop.

The characters did not get enough time to develop, especially the main guy, who I thought was a bit bland.

All this emotion, humor, and story is helped by a stunning soundtrack that is mind-blowing in how much emotion is in itself, let the series as a whole.

ending really makes me cry just an amazingly beautiful and sweet anime series start is some what slow but entertaining beautiful themes some inclusive characters each have their own back story last 4 episode really touching.

Plus it gets awfully tedious to have to listen to a new life story every twenty-five or so minutes, especially if your only just introduced to these characters.

Because of this, the humor and interaction between the characters works really well, it makes for some enjoyable moments.
