Yes, it is predictable, and obvious.

His daughter doesn't seem to care for him much either but she takes pity and he ends up sleeping on the couch in the home which she shares with two friends, one being the boring lesbian ('fraid so').

It is beyond ridiculous and turns a potentially fun movie into yet another propaganda piece for a bizarre cause that no one cares about.

Still, there were times I found the man entertaining.

I enjoyed it.

An enjoyable movie that is very funny.

Enjoyable with room for improvement .

Avoid this film if you can, there are too many boring and inconsequential filler scenes in it to make this an easy sit-through, even with friends.

It's hard to believe the genius behind 'American Beauty' and 'The Usual Suspects' had anything to do with this incredible waste of time.

Complete waste of time, and pretty cringe-worthy to see Spacey struggling with the weak script, the flat acting and cramped humour.

Overall, a very entertaining movie that is only that way because of the cast.

It was a mostly enjoyable movie.

The storyline does follow face value conventions elemental to this genre, but typically in movies like this, the protagonist's return to favor is a self-contrived path to virtue by way of owning that he's a slouch, waging a virtuous penance campaign, earning his way out, and ending up happy with glory, gold, and girl.

The supporting cast which includes Heather Graham, Johnny Knoxville and Craig Robinson are great and while the movie is a rehash of many other movies the acting and dialog make this well worth watching.

enjoyed it .

Infomercials are boring and silly and so are the people who make them.

An enjoyable film .

A very funny and enjoyable movie to watch.

I enjoyed this film, but at the same time I'm not saying this is an earth shattering film, but my God man you either need to get laid or realize and come to grips with the fact that your bitterness, stemmed most likely from your failure at breaking into the industry, (which most likely is do to the fact that your're still working on your Citizen Cane but realized mid stream that your just an angry, frustrated, pretentious, talentless douche bag), is completely pathetic and ponderous .
