It makes for rather drab television, at least PR had a multitude of varied challenges, often based solely on techniques or materials which put contestants out of their comfort zone.

I like the hosts Tan and Alexa, and the designers and designs are fascinating.

What I didn't really appreciate it the hostess Alexa - why is she so ill fitted, I'll fashioned, dowdy and drab?

Same goes for the designers' backstories which are laboured rather than engaging.

Made the winner pointless and frustrating.

Angelo while entertaining and had good ideas, he is not a technical fashion designer, so the only reason he got as far as he did was because of Charles, which was ultimately not fair for the other contestants who had more skill.

Fun and exciting runway shows.

Carli and Daniel's designs were so abstract and boring, not even nearly reminiscent of anything related to rock.

Talented designers, but felt disjointed .

The final gala show is absolutely fascinating.

Kindness in competition is possible and entertaining as well.

Enjoyable .

Slow down and show the designs, don't make me feel dizzy while watching.

A few years ago I had an interest in some other fashion competition shows, but I ended up feeling tired of them because, after all, I felt that they ultimately relied in some sort of ego war between the contestants to be somewhat entertaining.

They are slow and boring.

Some of them clash strongly and people end up dragged down because of their partner's incompetence.

Daniel and Carli's was the most abstract and boring.

However, Next in Fashion actually is intriguing.

The designers are skilled and many of their personalities are enjoyable to watch as they work to create a finished product for the run way.

Enjoyable .

When the decision is made who won and who lost it is done so boring and also rushed - no suspense whatsoever.

Other than these negatives, the show was entertaining, and nice to watch.

However, this is very pleasant and really enjoyable to watch.

That being said, the rest of the show is very entertaining and watchable.

By the last few episodes I was fast forwarding to the runway segment because it's bookends were completely tedious.

Overall, put two of the most obnoxious hosts together and a dull set of challenges with predictable outcomes and you get this show.

However, you do get some funny/entertaining bits from guest judges or contestants themselves.

It cuts out the boring parts like Mood, makeup prodect placemen, the hotel, etc. The music adds a lot.
