It's very Slow show from the 5 mins dressing up in the beginning of the show, to the long shots of the crashing waves.

Overall this is an entertaining and thoughtful show with heart.

Out of nowhere, a gearing-up montage clocking in at 2:20 minutes (I timed it) seemingly tries to bore people out of watching the rest of the episode, using the same footage and music as the title sequence, just stretched out to three times its length.

I wish I got to go to work and look at that stunning view.

The scene where Dolph came in to save the other guy was pretty intense.

It's so tedious it must have bewildered anyone watching it, and it's hard to imagine why the producers would ever get the idea to include it.

Patrick Lyster and Dolph Lundgren are just too old and too slow to be firefighters .. anyway, i could only hold for 25 minutes before i stopped torturing myself by watching this show.

SAF3 is very cheap and melodramatic but the biggest problem is that the show is boring.

Every scene is stretched out and completely pointless.

A Boring Soap Opera .

If you are tired of all the trite poorly written sensational junk out there, give it a try.

The writing is completely predictable in its main plot points, highly unrealistic even to a layperson in its disaster and rescue elements, and ranges from ridiculous to embarrassing everywhere else.

The current offerings on television so often strive to portray people at their worst - and people find this entertaining?

The last episode I watched had quite a suspenseful rescue with one of the members of the rescue team going into a burning building filled with flammable gasses in order to rescue downed firefighters.
