but HIGHLY ENTERTAINING none the less...

Worth a late-night, bored-as-heck viewing...

Chairman of the Bored .

The problem is all the fart jokes, crotch jokes and the fact you see so much of the Carrot that the film is ponderous and rarely charming.

Yes, his character is obvious and predictable, bur so what?

This movie tries to be funny using dull one liners which all seem to have been lifted from 50's cartoons.

And another thing, the tone is really unbearable, the whole set up seems like as if it was capitalizing on the fact that carrot top use as props as part of his comedy.

Now, that would be, totally unwatchable.

Now that I think about it, the plot is a lot like Steve Martin's "The Jerk"--which was also very, very funny and "Chairman of the Board" is a dull pile of bat droppings.

Worst movie ever, i dare you watch.

let's just say this movie is virtually unwatchable.

This is a generally boring and joyless time waster of a movie.

Movies like this, or Kazaam, or Killer Klowns From Outer Space and pretty much any movie Pauly Shore has ever been in are not meant to be taken seriously and because of this, they really shouldn't be considered some of the worst movies ever made.

This was on of the worst movies I have ever seen.

The results are predictable but also enjoyable.

I remember first hearing about this movie upon looking at the Top 100 worst movies on this website.

I don't her, constant repetitive appearance and disappearance, throughout the film.

If you like stupid jokes and a terribly predictable storyline, then perhaps this movie is for you.

The plot is riveting and will leave you on the edge of your, and this movie is a comedy!

Chairman of the Bored...

Sometimes can be "Chairman of the Bored" .

It's just boring, and unbearable to watch, for the first time I actually agreed with the antagonist in that carrot top in this movie is annoying and irritating.

The film is very formulaic and the plot is basically the same as Weird Al's film "UHF"--except that "UHF" is very funny and "Chairman of the Board" is tired and occasionally tedious film.

More like Chairman of the BORED, this movie has some extremely dull scenes!
