I am with a company that offers the pause and the fast forward or slow speed, so i slowed it down and made sure I saw what I thought I saw.

This wasn't quite worthy of Hitchcock, but I think that he would have enjoyed it.

This movie exhibits great screenplay, editing which contribute to some really intense and frightening scenes.

In the beginning everything seems to be fine, the couple is in love, as it is supposed to be on a honeymoon, until the day that she wants go back home and he doesn't… then, step by step, she will find out why he did chose that place to spend their honeymoon… The film is reasonably suspenseful, in spite of not having any major twist, and the plot is quite good too.

Overall definitely worth watching, give it a try you won't be disappointed.

There's nothing here that will bug you too much, so if you're bored, pop it in.

There were way too many pokes at the possibility of adding depth to the movie - and they just turned out extremely unwatchable in the end.

He seems to develop an obsessive psychosis as he manhandles her around his 'island' (an idyllic setting surrounded by a lake which is useful, because she has a mortal fear of drowning), controlling her behaviour, opinions and generally engaging in ever-escalating forms of domestic violence.

What a waste of time and money for the viewers, the investors and the rest of the cast and crew.

It is very entertaining, never a dull moment.

The acting was horrible, the story was weak, the music was unbearable etc etc.It was so terrible that I found myself laughing at its badness.

and of course entertaining.

This movie was well done, very smartly paced, and suspenseful.

A fine thriller, that is also predictable and run-of-the-mill...

How about calling it like it is-- a predictable, boring, lame movie with laughably-bad acting.

Anyways definitely worth a rent, very enjoyable!

Entertaining if your cable is out...

Besides those flaws, the film was pretty suspenseful at parts, which that was helped by the tense and adrenaline pumping score.

There were some slow scenes throughout.

These days horror/suspense has become formulaic and gory and this is a nice change.

I guess I didn't know what to expect because there was no plot description, and I shy away from reading reviews prior to watching a movie.

I've seen so many lousy, unheard of movies lately that I've had to turn off...

This movie is neither outstanding, nor groundbreaking in any way, shape or form, yet still, it's a contained, tension filled, entertaining thriller that I pretty much have no complaints about.

I really don't know why everyone has so many problems with this movie, I thought it was an entertaining and all around good thriller.

It has thrills every corner, and is very exciting, you are always wondering what is gonna happen next.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.

True, the acting is not that good (Kip Pardue delivers a fine performance though) and you need proved, talented actors to carry on 90 minutes of an intense dialog; I mean, there are only two characters in the whole movie.

It was the worst movie I have ever seen, and the directing and acting was absolutely pathetic.

The whole exotic, yet isolated, setting made it stand out from its predictabilities, clichés and slow scenes.

Set location in the middle of a lake in Montana was spooky and breathtaking at the same time.

But the plot was plodding, lame, obvious, slow, boring...

If you are looking for a movie that has a predictable ending and in reality has a pretty far-fetched plot, this one fits the bill nicely.

The film is so cheesy; it invites you to ridicule it; which in turn makes it kind of enjoyable.

This film reminded me of Misery, and it was very suspenseful and entertaining.

The husband's acting was dull, and I thought him smoking in nearly every scene was annoying and distracting.
